Job summary

InizioEngage seeks a Growth Enablement and Launch Specialist to manage opportunity development and oversee implementation of new engagements. You will draft proposals, solicit SMEs for gaps, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compelling opportunities.

In this role you’ll drive project plans, stand up new programs, and ensure smooth handoffs post-implementation while collaborating acrossPub/biopharma sectors and client teams.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of the life sciences industry or Engage specialty areas.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with creating professional sales materials (slide design, copywriting, storytelling).
• Familiarity with the business-to-business sales process.
• Strong business acumen.
• 5+ years of direct work in project management; PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
• Proficient in project management software, tools and techniques.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, risk and cost management, time and resource management.
• Strong collaborator and adaptable; excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Proactive, persistent leader driving for results.

Responsibilities

• Draft initial RFP responses and proposals and manage planning of proposals.
• Solicit information from Engage SMEs to validate gaps and build out proposals.
• Maintain the proposal repository for the dedicated Specialty Area and lead collection of costs, scheduling and other elements.
• Develop knowledge of Engage service portfolio and flex capacity when needed.
• Support Operations Leads through execution of new program stand-up.
• Develop project plans and provide strong project management; plan, execute, and monitor milestones.
• Identify and assign internal and external stakeholders to complete tasks.
• Liaise with Operations Leads and client PMO; ensure seamless transition to Solutions Team post-implementation.
