Christian Healthcare Ministries seeks a Group Relationship Consultant to own strategic relationships with CHM groups, delivering proactive, consultative leadership from onboarding through renewal.

Role requires strong business acumen, extensive travel, and engagement with group administrators, HR leaders, and senior decision-makers to advance retention and growth while upholding CHM’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years in account/relationship management or similar.
• Experience managing employer groups, HR professionals, or nonprofit leaders.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight and out-of-state travel.
• Excellent executive communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) to manage relationships.
• Knowledge of CHM's healthcare sharing model preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of assigned group relationships from enrollment through renewal.
• Cultivate executive-level partnerships with group administrators, HR teams, senior leaders, and key decision-makers.
• Provide consultative guidance, education, and strategic communication about CHM programs and resources.
• Lead regular in-person and virtual business reviews to assess satisfaction and advance retention strategies.
• Develop and execute retention strategies and analyze group health indicators.
• Coordinate with enrollment, finance, member support, medical review, and leadership teams to improve service delivery.
