Christian Healthcare Ministries is seeking a Membership Growth and Referral Lead to drive member acquisition and enrollment growth by leading the Refer-a-Friend program and supporting enrollment, group sales, and conference sales teams. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on management to refine strategies and use data to improve results.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7–10 years of leadership experience focused on enrollment, membership growth, and referral program management.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets in healthcare, nonprofit, or faith-based sectors.
