Upstart is seeking a Senior Group Product Manager, Marketing Platform to lead the strategy and evolution of the marketing technology ecosystem. You will manage a team of Product Managers and shape a long-term platform vision enabling effective marketing and future innovation.

The role emphasizes simplifying systems, improving workflows, and delivering scalable solutions across Lifecycle, Digital, Direct Mail, and Partner channels. Remote-friendly with US-wide scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of product management experience.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience defining and delivering product strategies for platforms serving multiple functions.
• Knowledge of marketing tech ecosystems and data-driven marketing workflows.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specs with engineering and data teams.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Upstart's marketing technology platform.
• Evaluate tools, data infrastructure and workflows across channels to identify gaps and improvements.
• Partner with engineering, analytics, ML, and marketing to design scalable solutions.
• Establish frameworks for evaluating tech investments and delivering incremental value.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and shape long-term platform vision.
• Shape AI-powered marketing capabilities, including cross-channel orchestration and personalization.
