Eliassen Group is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and continuous improvement of digital products in a complex, high-volume environment. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Marketing, and more to deliver customer- and associate-focused outcomes.

Role requires 6+ years in product roles, strong Agile and backlog skills, and the ability to drive KPIs. Remote work is supported with W2 benefits and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or related role.
• Proven experience managing digital products from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Experience with roadmaps, backlog management, and writing requirements and user stories.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Experience using data, insights, and business metrics to guide decisions.
• Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, technical constraints, and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable objectives aligned with business priorities.
• Identify customer, associate, and operational needs through research, feedback, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate opportunities and user needs into requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on value, impact, feasibility, risk, and effort.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Architecture, Security, QA, and Operations across the lifecycle.
• Lead discovery including problem definition, market research, competitive analysis, interviews, and concept validation.
