• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology with 5 years' practice; or 9 years' related experience without a degree.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and cost estimates.
• Assist in business and client development activities.
• Develop staffing plans and manage recruitment/on-boarding.
• Prepare and execute annual business plan for the specialty service group.
• Oversee key metrics: revenue growth, billing, collections, profitability.
• Promote safety and lead continuous quality monitoring on projects.
• Ensure consistent quality standards in project and proposal delivery.
