You will drive curriculum strategy, plan expansions, and deliver data-driven training aligned with corporate goals while collaborating with sales, aftersales, dealer development, and regional teams. Travel up to 20% globally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in automotive service operations, with 8+ directly related experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Project management and LMS system experience recommended.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and deployment of dealer technician training.
• Lead strategy, development, and delivery of training curriculum.
• Develop long-term plans for curriculum expansion and tech integration.
• Drive a data-driven, web-based automotive training strategy.
• Lead LMS projects, budgets, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Aftersales, Dealer Development, and Regions.
