Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience, of which at least eight years must be directly related experience in automotive service operations.
• Five or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Project management and system background & support experience preferred, ideally administering and managing Learning Management Systems.
• Ability to lead, train, motivate and manage multi-skilled personnel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Project tracking and management skills.
• High proficiency in PC skills, expertise in Microsoft programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and deployment of dealer technical training, including instructor-led and digital curricula.
• Lead strategy, development, and delivery of technician training curriculum; plan expansion and scalability; implement data-driven training strategies.
• Manage the Learning Management System for technical training; partner with facilities, dealers, and internal teams; oversee LMS projects, budgets, and implementations.
• Lead budgeting, vendor selection and performance, staff development, and travel coordination for national and regional staff; set performance objectives and evaluations.
