Job summary

ASML US is seeking a Lead MPS CS US California team leader to manage people, develop and implement policies, and drive year plans and practices in line with corporate guidelines. You will work with the MPS CS US California Regional manager to ensure strategic objectives are realized and budgets are managed.

The role requires coordinating with department managers, attracting and coaching staff, and providing insights through reports and analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical or mechatronics) or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
• English proficiency (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop policies and objectives for the unit and contribute to strategy.
• Manage year plan and budget for the unit and obtain approvals.
• Direct and drive realization of results and budget adherence.
• Attract, lead, coach and develop staff and ensure staffing.
• Provide insights via periodical reports and analyses.
• Coordinate with other department managers and external stakeholders.
