Job summary

You will oversee resource planning, KPI realization, and cross-team coordination while developing direct reports and ensuring execution of the annual plan. Strong leadership and manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master degree with solid experience or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment a must, with at least 3+ years of supervisory/leadership (or minimum 5 years manufacturing).
• Thorough experience of planning and managing operational activities to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Independently supervises work of app. 15-20 direct reports (mainly Technicians and Assemblers). Typically start 2:00PM.
• Direct and drive the realization of planned results and operational KPIs for the own team, able to leverage understanding of the department, to optimize factory operations beyond own and natural team.
• Provide reports and analyses on operational and team performance towards tiers and management structures.
• Cascade operational targets into year plans. Drive realization of year plan within timing and budget constraints.
