Job summary

ASML US, LLC is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead a team of 15-20 technicians and assemblers, managing a work center and shift starting at 2:00 PM. You will drive safety, quality and operational excellence, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with related teams to optimize factory operations.

You will cascade targets, develop direct reports, and ensure the retention of critical knowledge while contributing to planning and budgeting within the department.

Qualifications

• Master degree with solid experience or equivalent working and thinking level.
• 3+ years supervisory/leadership in manufacturing (or minimum 5 years manufacturing).
• Thorough experience of planning and managing operational activities to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 15-20 direct reports (Technicians and Assemblers) and owns own work center/shift.
• Drives ownership of Safety, Quality and Operational Excellence in manufacturing and initiates improvements.
• Cascades targets, develops direct reports, and ensures retention of critical knowledge.
• Delivers input to planning of work in factory operations and drives continuous improvement.
