Job summary

JRM Construction Management, LLC is seeking a Project Manager (Ground Up) in New York City to lead on-site teams from inception to completion, ensuring scope, schedule and budget alignment. The role requires strong leadership, construction knowledge across disciplines, and a track record of delivering complex ground-up projects.

OSHA 10/30 and Scaffold certificates are expected, with a salary range of $125k–$225k.

Qualifications

• Requires Engineering or Construction Management degree or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Core/shell and Interior construction.
• Knowledge of multiple construction disciplines, union/jurisdiction, cost control, scheduling and safety regulations.
• OSHA 10/30 Construction Safety and Health Certification.
• 4-Hour Scaffold User Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team and oversee project direction, planning, and financial outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of the project from inception through completion.
• Prepare and execute development and construction plans and bid packages.
• Oversee shop drawing, submittal, and construction coordination processes.
• Coordinate with Superintendent on site planning and logistics.
• Monitor project status, schedule, cost control, and change management.
• Maintain relationships with designers, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings and ensure compliance with specifications.
