Job summary

JRM Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The role requires directing the project team, managing schedules, and ensuring financial performance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors, and drive projects to successful, on-time delivery within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction team and oversee all project phases from preconstruction to close-out.
• Develop project schedules and site logistics plans while coordinating with design and field teams.
• Manage procurement, subcontracts, and cost control to ensure on-time delivery and within budget.
• Represent the company with clients and design teams, maintaining professional relationships.
