JRM Construction Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a ground-up construction background to lead a project team and oversee all phases from inception through completion.

Qualifications

• Requires engineering or construction management degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in core/shell and interior construction.
• Knowledge of cost control, scheduling, safety regulations and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead project construction team and oversee management from inception to completion.
• Coordinate personnel and resources for the project and assist preconstruction.
• Prepare trade contracts, bid packages, and oversee procurement.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, cost, and change management.
• Maintain relations with designers, vendors and subcontractors; lead project meetings.
