Job summary

JRM Construction Management, LLC. is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up construction. You will lead project teams, oversee planning, scheduling, and financial outcomes, and mentor on-site staff to deliver high-quality results.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field) and 5+ years in core/shell and interior

Qualifications

Requires Engineering, Construction Management or related bachelor’s degree, OR equivalent years of related experience.
Requires 5+ years of experience in Core/shell and Interior construction.
Requires knowledge of construction disciplines, union/jurisdiction, cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

Lead project construction team and oversee all phases from inception to completion.
Coordinate preconstruction efforts and develop construction plans.
Prepare trade contracts, vendor bids, and manage procurement process.
Oversee site logistics, coordination with Superintendent, and safety programs.
Lead project meetings and review inspections and test data for compliance.
