Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with PSCAD and power system studies.
• Experience leading technical studies for reliability or markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform steady state, dynamic, short-circuit, and PSCAD model development for renewable and conventional resources.
• Lead studies on power flow, transient stability, EMT, harmonics for transmission and distribution.
• Guide team members and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Engage with industry stakeholders and prepare responses to RFPs/SOQs for new tenders.
• Develop new techniques and analytical tools to improve team efficiency and capability.
