Job summary

DNV Energy Systems is seeking a Senior Resource Integration (RI) Engineer to lead studies for renewable and traditional resources, including generation and interconnection analyses. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality technical insight and strong customer service in North America.

Based in a dynamic hybrid schedule across multiple US offices, you will manage commercial aspects, coordinate with stakeholders, and advance grid reliability and energy market knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electric power systems and renewable energy.
• Experience with interconnection studies and ISO/RTO knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform power-system studies: power flow, transient stability, short-circuit, EMT, and related analyses.
• Lead and mentor team members on project studies and commercial items (billable hours).
• Prepare responses to RFPs/SOQs and contribute to client-facing deliverables.
