Job summary

Entergy Mississippi, LLC is seeking a Planner/Schedule Coordinator to manage the planning and scheduling of maintenance and repair activities for the Transmission System. The role ensures safe, reliable operation, secures manpower, and develops integrated outage schedules using Maximo, Click, and TOMS.

Collaboration with internal groups and external utilities is essential. The position requires coordinating long-range planning for outages and capital projects, ensuring documentation meets SOX

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in scheduling maintenance and construction activities
• Experience with substation or relay maintenance and construction
• Knowledge of Click, Maximo, and TOMS

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance and outages for grid assets
• Lead weekly scheduling conferences with management
• Coordinate with internal groups and external customers
• Ensure compliance with Entergy procedures and SOX
• Manage work orders and resource allocation in Maximo/Click
