Entergy Louisiana is seeking a Planner/Scheduler Coordinator to manage maintenance planning and scheduling for the plant, ensuring materials, manpower, and budgets align with maintenance processes.

The role offers a path to Sr (FOS) based on experience, with responsibilities spanning outage planning, contract management, and storeroom oversight to keep operations reliable and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years’ experience for Planner/Scheduler Coordinator; 6+ years for Sr.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, or maintenance is desired.
• Leadership experience in a supervisory role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance planning to ensure correct materials and manpower for preventive, corrective, and fault-finding work.
• Builds weekly maintenance schedules, manages the maintenance backlog, and identifies urgent break-in work.
• Maintains the AIMM system and documents all work requests with scope and man-hours.
• Manages storeroom activities and maintains inventory levels, supporting audits.
• Plans outage work and manages contracts, contractors, and budgets for outage tasks.
• Manages the plant VRC process to secure resources for outage support.
• Acts as back-up to Process Owner when needed.
