Job summary

Entergy Louisiana, LLC is seeking a Planner/Scheduler Coordinator to manage the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities ensuring safe and reliable plant operation. Responsibilities include material procurement, manpower coordination, and adherence to Entergy's maintenance processes to meet RMP goals.

The role also covers long-range outage planning, integrated outage scheduling, contract management, and budget oversight, with SAS/SOX compliance guidance as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years’ experience for Planner/Scheduler Coordinator; 6+ years for Sr.
• Desired: 5+ hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, or maintenance; supervisory leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring materials and manpower are ready.
• Build weekly maintenance schedules and manage backlog.
• Maintain storeroom inventory and support outages and contract work.
