Job summary

Accenture is seeking a utilities transformation expert to lead ADMS/OMS modernization for electric distribution utilities across the U.S. You will drive strategy, roadmaps, and implementations, translating complex challenges into practical transformation programs.

Role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring, with exposure to DER integration, grid automation, analytics, and AI-enabled operations across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years in Utilities delivering ADMS/OMS or related programs.
3+ years with leading ADMS/OMS platforms (GE Vernova, Schneider Electric, Oracle, AspenTech).
Experience with DSCADA, network modeling, FLISR, Volt/VAR, load flow.
Experience with outage prediction, restoration management, crew dispatch, ETR.
Knowledge of GIS/CIS/AMI/Mobile Workforce IVR integrations.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; alternative associate degree with 6 years.

Responsibilities

Lead consulting engagements for electric distribution utilities on ADMS/OMS modernization.
Advise distribution operations leadership; define strategy, roadmaps, sequencing, business value.
Lead/Support ADMS/OMS implementations including DSCADA, modeling, DMS, FLISR, VVO, outages.
Develop roadmaps aligned with grid modernization, DER integration, KPIs (SAIDI/SAIFI/CAIDI).
Lead cross-functional teams across design, testing, deployment, and training.
Partner with CIS, GIS, AMI, Mobile Workforce Management, IVR platforms.
Build client relationships from executives to field operations; support business development.
Bring innovations on ADMS-OMS-DERMS, grid automation, analytics, and AI-enabled ops.
