Logic20/20, Inc. is seeking a Manager to join our Grid Operations practice in Seattle. The role combines engineering and consulting expertise to modernize grid operations for utility clients, lead engagements, and guide technology implementations across ADMS/DMS/OMS/SCADA environments.

You will mentor teams, manage project scope and client relationships, and help grow the practice through thought leadership and new business opportunities in a dynamic, distributed grid landscape.

Job description

We are seeking a Manager to join our Grid Operations practice with a strong engineering and consulting experience helping utilities modernize grid operations. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who combines utility operations and engineering knowledge with grid modernization and technology implementation expertise. The Manager will lead client engagements focused on improving distribution operations, implementing advanced grid technologies, and preparing utilities for a more dynamic and distributed grid.

What You’ll Do

• Lead consulting engagements and workstreams focused on grid operations, grid modernization, and operational technology.
• Advise utility clients on modernization strategy, technology implementation, operating processes, and organizational readiness.
• Lead initiatives involving ADMS, DMS, OMS, DERMS, SCADA, distribution automation, and related grid technologies.
• Guide clients through requirements, solution design, integration, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.
• Support utilities in integrating DERs, energy storage, EVs, and other emerging grid technologies into distribution operations.
• Translate complex engineering and technology topics into actionable recommendations for utility executives, engineers, and operators.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary consulting teams while managing project scope, schedules, risks, and client relationships.
• Support practice growth through proposals, solution development, thought leadership, and business development.
