Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Utility Industry professional focused on Transmission & Distribution operations and real-time technologies. You will design, implement and optimize SCADA/EMS/ADMS/DERMS systems, and lead project activities within US grid modernization initiatives.

You will translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborate with clients and partners, and travel as required to support engagements while contributing to capability development.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in utility operations and real-time systems.
• Deep expertise in T&D control room environments and grid modernization.
• Experience with real-time operational systems like SCADA/EMS/ADMS/DERMS/OMS.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize real-time operational systems (SCADA/EMS/ADMS/DERMS).
• Lead workstreams and project activities for grid modernization initiatives.
• Perform current-state assessments, process analysis, and operational improvements.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, test, deploy, and manage change.
• Develop client deliverables: assessments, roadmaps, business cases, and exec presentations.
• Collaborate with clients, system integrators, and vendors to drive outcomes.
