Entergy seeks a seasoned Grid Manager, Field Work Management for the Transmisson division to lead planning and scheduling across a four‑state footprint. You will oversee System programs, tools, and standardized work processes to ensure policy and regulatory compliance while driving consistent execution.

You will coach leaders, coordinate with operations, asset management, and engineering, and optimize resources and priorities to support reliability, capital projects, and storm readiness across

Competenze

• Advanced knowledge of Grid and Transmission Work Management principles including planning, scheduling, prioritization, and execution.
• Experience coaching and developing Work Management Supervisors across multiple states.
• Strong ability to build partnerships with Asset Management, Engineering, Operations, Capital Projects and other stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Provides leadership to Work Management Grid leaders across the footprint to ensure consistent processes and regulatory compliance.
• Promotes coordination between TCC, DOC, Operations, Asset Management and other planning organizations for efficient planning and execution.
• Oversees work prioritization, scheduling, resource optimization, backlog health, and workforce utilization to balance capital, reliability, and operating costs.
