Job summary

Crowe is hiring a GRC Technology Senior Consultant focused on the Workiva platform to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance Technology Consulting team in the United States. You will implement, configure, and optimize Workiva solutions across GRC, financial reporting, Wdata, and Sustainability while guiding clients through design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• 2+ years in software implementation or technology consulting.
• Experience translating requirements into functional/technical solutions.
• Experience implementing Workiva in consulting/enterprise environments.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workiva platform expert for client engagements.
• Lead and support Workiva implementations and configurations.
• Document business requirements and translate into solutions.
• Configure, build, prototype, and test technology solutions.
• Develop testing strategies and support UAT.
• Create training plans and deliver client training.
• Assist pre-sales with platform demonstrations and proof of concepts.
• Ensure project objectives, scope, and timelines are met.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Contribute to solution development and client service delivery.
