Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to provide pre-sales support for Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions across Federal, State, Local, and nonprofit sectors in the US. You will leverage Demo2Win and MEDDIC, deliver strategic technical demonstrations, and help secure Technical Wins through impactful business cases and proofs of concept.

You will partner with Sales and Product Marketing to align solutions with customer needs, develop use cases, and demonstrate AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with public-sector assured financial reporting within Federal, State, Local industries.
• Strong knowledge of GRC SaaS solutions and pre-sales in SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales discovery, product demonstrations, and RFP responses.
• Develop account plans with Sales and shape deal strategy.
• Create proof of concepts and business cases with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate AI capabilities and integrate AI into pre-sales workflow.
• Support Technical Win validation and customer-facing events.
