Job summary

Workstreet in the United States is seeking a Senior GRC Engineer who will lead client engagements and drive cross-framework compliance programs across SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST CSF. You will manage a pod of analysts, own high-stakes accounts, and interface with clients and leadership to ensure timely delivery, risk reduction, and exceptional service across complex regulatory programs.

• Own primary account relationship management for complex, long-term client engagements.
• Lead client meetings and milestone reviews to convey value and build trust.
• Guide clients through audits, risk assessments, evidence collection, and milestone reviews.
• Manage escalations with a solution-oriented approach to retain clients.
• Direct and develop analyst pods to drive delivery accountability and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own primary account relationship management - act as the dedicated contact for complex, long-term client accounts.
• Lead client meetings for you and your team, including kickoff and milestone reviews.
• Guide clients through audits, risk assessments, evidence collection, and reviews with clarity.
