Job summary

Workstreet is seeking a Senior Manager, GRC Engineering to lead high-stakes client engagements and drive enterprise-scale governance across SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST/CMMC. You will guide a pod of managers and analysts, ensure delivery quality, and align security programs with fast-growth business needs.

You will partner with executives to expand accounts, manage complex audits, and translate regulatory requirements into scalable controls.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience leading mid-sized technical or professional services teams
• 8+ years of direct experience in cybersecurity compliance programs across global frameworks

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level client relationships and high-stakes escalations
• Provide overarching program governance across multiple compliance engagements
• Supervise and upscale a high-performing team of managers and analysts
• Drive departmental resource and capacity strategy to scale the business
• Establish and enforce rigorous quality benchmarks across the delivery team
• Engage with US-based client executives and founders with proactive risk advisory
• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade security policies aligning regulatory mandates with business growth
• Partner cross-functionally to remediate cybersecurity risks and framework deficiencies
