Job summary

Grapevine Designs is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who can shape big-picture concepts and execute them with precision. You will own projects from idea to final production, mentoring other designers and partnering with the Creative Director to uphold high creative standards across the department.

The role requires a strong design point of view, excellent communication, and hands-on production skills across a range of mediums including promotional merchandise, packaging, and e-commerce assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Five years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio across multiple mediums.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions from idea to final production.
• Translate client goals and brand guidelines into compelling creative work.
• Manage multiple projects with varying timelines, including same-day requests.
• Provide design guidance and feedback to other designers.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and internal teams to meet client objectives.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for print, digital, apparel, packaging, and promo materials.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and strong creative standards across the team.
• Stay current on products, services, industry trends, and opportunities.
