Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and Acrobat.
• Experience with graphic design, layout, product photography, social media content, and multimedia assets.
• Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and current industry trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll create compelling digital and print content, photography, social media graphics, presentations, and event materials that bring the company’s brand to life. You’ll work closely with all departmental teams across the organization while managing a wide variety of creative projects from concept through completion.

About the Role

• Develop and produce graphic design, typesetting, page layout, web, video, photography, and other creative assets as directed by the Marketing team, maintaining consistency with company branding and visual standards.
• Create digital and print materials, including artwork, illustrations, presentations, proposals, bid documents, and creative content for social media campaigns.
• Manage multiple creative projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting established deadlines while staying current on design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Photograph products and company-related content and provide creative support for trade shows, exhibitions, corporate events, auditorium presentations, bid documents, and other company functions.
• Collaborate with internal departments, stakeholders, external printing vendors, and creative service providers to understand project requirements and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of materials.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to Junior Graphic Designers and other members of the design team, while assisting the Marketing Manager – Government/Corporate with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with 5+ years of related professional experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom , working knowledge of Premiere Pro, and Acrobat with demonstrated experience creating professional digital and print materials.
• Experience with graphic design, layout, product photography, basic photo editing, social media content, and multimedia assets.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, current design trends, branding, and industry best practices, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with managers, employees, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
