Job summary

The People Brand is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer – Marketing to lead concepting, design, and delivery of visual assets across print, digital, web, and brand platforms. You will balance creative vision with strategic goals and mentor teammates.

Collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Creative teams, you will wireframe and design for websites, maintain brand guidelines, and ensure high-quality output across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other digital design tools, including wireframing and prototyping platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in typography, layout, branding, web, and digital design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of creative projects across digital, print, web, social, and environmental media.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all channels.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites to translate user experience and business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Sales, to translate business goals into compelling design solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Present creative concepts and design solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to continually evolve and strengthen creative output.
• Work closely with vendors, printers, and external partners to ensure production accuracy and quality.
