Job summary

Graza is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer & Illustrator to elevate our creative output and scale our brand through its next growth chapter. You’ll report to the Creative Director and shape visual identity across packaging, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities include owning brand illustration, leading concepting for launches, and directing design reviews to ensure craft and consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design and illustration experience.
• Strong portfolio across packaging, digital, and illustrated brand systems.
• Extensive packaging production experience including dielines and print setup.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma.
• Motion graphics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Concept, design, and illustrate for digital and physical brand channels.
• Lead creative concepting across product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Provide design direction in reviews to ensure consistency and quality.
• Develop and evolve Graza's brand illustration library.
• Collaborate with team, agencies, and vendors on packaging and print production.
• Maintain and strengthen visual brand guidelines across markets.
