This is a highly hands‑on role for a designer who can take ideas from concept through execution, bringing a strong eye for typography, layout, visual storytelling, and brand consistency. You’ll partner closely with the Creative Director and cross‑functional teams to develop campaigns and creative assets that feel fresh, modern, and impactful.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design projects from initial concept through final production across digital and print
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns and compelling brand creative
• Create design systems, templates, and campaign guidelines that maintain consistency across channels
• Bring a strong point of view to typography, layout, composition, color, and visual storytelling
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and other cross‑functional partners
• Present creative concepts and communicate design decisions to key stakeholders
• Stay ahead of creative and cultural trends, particularly across fashion, athletics, motorsports, and performance‑driven brands
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a strong, collaborative creative culture

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of graphic design experience within a brand, agency, or design studio
• A strong portfolio showcasing elevated art direction and visual design
• Expert‑level typography, layout, composition, and brand identity skills
• Experience developing integrated campaigns across digital, print, marketing, and brand channels
• Strong digital design and visual storytelling capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Expert‑level retouching skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines while maintaining a high creative standard
• Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to senior and executive stakeholders
