Qualifications

• Must have strong design craft and attention to detail.
• Lead projects from concept through final delivery across print, digital, events, presentations, retail, and marketing channels.
• Collaborate with Brand Strategy, Marketing, Events, Sales, Technology and internal stakeholders to create compelling visual solutions.
• Balance brand standards with innovation and business objectives.
• Present ideas clearly and communicate progress.
• Develop visually compelling solutions that support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Own Creative Work From Concept to Completion across print, digital, events, and marketing channels.
• Think beyond production and apply strategic thinking to creative challenges.
• Elevate quality, improve processes, and shape the future of the in-house creative function.
• Manage multiple priorities with organization and follow-through.
• Partner with marketing, brand strategy, events and internal stakeholders.
