Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in pre-sales, solutions engineering or professional services for enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of database platforms, especially NoSQL.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective solution architectures.
• Familiarity with a programming or scripting language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Proven experience guiding technical teams through complex consultative engagements.
• Comfort leading technical workshops or sessions within enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Act as a central technical lead across the full customer lifecycle from discovery to adoption.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise customer teams across multiple verticals.
• Partner with account executives to communicate technical and business impact of graph-based solutions.
• Provide architectural recommendations aligned with customer strategy and IT landscapes.
