Job summary

Neo4j seeks a Sr. AI Solutions Architect to design, build, and deploy AI solutions that fuse graph databases with GenAI. You will guide strategic customers through data challenges, translating needs into production‑ready graph‑driven AI applications grounded in real‑world context.

You will lead architecture discussions, prototype scalable solutions, and mentor teams while staying current with GenAI trends and Neo4j technologies. Significant travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience architecting enterprise‑grade applications.
• 2+ years working with Large Language Models (LLMs) including prompt engineering and integration.
• Proficiency in a major language (Java/JS/Python/C#).
• Deployment tooling across Linux, Docker, Kubernetes; strong VCS practice.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with DevOps understanding.
• Generative AI ecosystem knowledge (LangChain/LlamaIndex/Haystack; cloud platforms).
• Data engineering/analytics background; big data and SQL/NoSQL knowledge.
• Graph data modeling and Cypher; experience with graph databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of Graph+GenAI solutions for strategic customers.
• Develop production‑ready AI applications integrated with graph databases and LLMs.
• Guide enterprise stakeholders, manage scope, risks, and delivery timelines.
• Share expertise across Neo4j teams and customer workshops and trainings.
