Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of Graph+GenAI solutions for strategic customers in the United States. You will guide stakeholders, shape architectures, and ensure impactful, scalable implementations that leverage graph databases and LLMs.

You will collaborate with Neo4j teams on roadmaps, share field insights, and drive best practices through workshops, trainings, and documentation. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise‑grade applications with full software development lifecycle knowledge.
• 2+ years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and integrating LLMs.
• Advanced proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#) with a track record of clean, scalable code.
• Deep hands‑on experience with deployment tooling across Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes, and expert use of Git/SVN in enterprise workflows.
• Experience deploying and scaling apps on AWS, Azure, or GCP with cloud‑native architecture and DevOps practices.
• In‑depth knowledge of the generative AI ecosystem (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Strong data engineering/analytics background; experience with Hadoop, Spark, Hive and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Deep expertise in graph data modeling and Cypher; practical work with graph databases (Neo4j, Neptune, TigerGraph) or triple stores.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement; ability to influence cross‑functional teams and align tech decisions with business goals.
• Strong analytical mindset to break down complex problems, architect AI solutions, and mentor teams through implementation.
• Willing to travel up to 50% to engage with customers and lead strategic discussions.

• Lead stakeholder engagement across levels to define scope, prioritize, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
