Job summary

Neo4j, Inc. in the United States seeks a Sr. AI Solutions Architect to lead design, construction, and deployment of Graph+GenAI AI solutions using Neo4j knowledge graphs and LLMs.

You will translate customer needs into production-ready applications, guide technical decisions, and mentor teams while ensuring scalable, enterprise-grade architectures. Travel up to 50% is expected and a strong background in graph databases, cloud platforms, and AI tooling is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years architecting and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
• 2+ years working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on deployment with Linux, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• In-depth GenAI tools/frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack).
• Strong data engineering/analytics background and SQL/NoSQL knowledge.
• Graph data modeling with Cypher and Neo4j experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Engage leaders to shape Graph+GenAI deployments for enterprise customers.
• Design scalable architectures aligning with enterprise requirements.
• Translate objectives into production-ready AI solutions using graph data and LLMs.

• Mentor teams, share best practices, and contribute to roadmaps.
