Job summary

ASRC Federal AFSS seeks a Senior Project Support / Grants Program and Systems Analyst to provide expert level support to a NASA contract in Washington DC. The role covers policy interpretation, grants management systems, data reporting, and knowledge management, interfacing with NASA PGPD and GOM teams.

You will gather requirements, support training creation, analyze regulatory changes, and coordinate with Mission Directorates and HQ offices to ensure compliant, efficient grant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Federal grants, cooperative agreements, or related policy roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; certifications preferred.
• Experience with 2 CFR 200 and NASA grant guidance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor federal policy changes affecting NASA grants and agreements.
• Translate regulations into functional requirements and user stories.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of grant system change requests, including UAT and deployment.
• Prepare executive-level updates on progress, risks and impacts.
