Job summary

Mass General Brigham AI serves as the bridge between academic research and product development, housing clinicians, data scientists, product managers, and software engineers. The Senior Grants Administrator leads the financial lifecycle for the AI Center, handling budgets, forecasts, and sponsor reporting with autonomy.

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Boston (60 Fernwood Road) with up to two remote days per week, reporting to center leadership and collaborating with MGB central teams.

Qualifications

• Mastering pre-award and post-award grant administration.
• Familiarity with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and sponsor systems.
• Experience with budget development, sponsor compliance, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full financial lifecycle of the AI Center, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage operating budgets, multi-year forecasts, and financial analyses for sponsored programs.
• Serve as the senior financial and grants authority interfacing with Research Management, Finance, and Innovation.
