Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance required; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of grant administration experience required.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist Research Management with Pre-Award, Post-Award, Contracting, and Financial activities.
• Independently handle client assignments with minimal supervision.
• Participate in Research Management Training program and train clients/new staff.
• Analyze client research operations and implement process improvements with the client.
• Provide overall project management for specific research initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis of research funds to identify overspending and ensure compliance.
