Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Science, or related field and five years of related experience.
• Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
• Related degree fields include Law and business would be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review complex grant proposals and awards as a university representative.
• Provide expertise and training on grant- and contract-related activities.
• Advise on compliance with sponsor regulations and university policies.
• Negotiate terms and monitor budgets for modifications and amendments.
• Draft and negotiate subcontracts and data use agreements.
• Mentor staff and serve as a resource for department personnel.
• Assist in industry collaborations and coordination with multiple sponsors.
