Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of related grant experience.
• Experience with pre-award and post-award grant processes and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a trusted point of contact for pre-award and post-award communications with sponsor agencies and HSOM staff.
• Prepares and manages sponsored research proposals from refinement to submission.
• Develops and prepares project budgets, including effort and indirect costs.
• Monitors proposal milestones and timelines, identifying risks and proposing adjustments.
• Coordinates collection and submission of biosketches, Other Support, and required forms.
• Reviews draft grant components and provides copy edits for clarity and quality.
• Drafts and maintains proposal support materials and templates.
• Uses productivity tools to track milestones and improve workflows.
• Supports sub-award submissions, meetings, data tracking, and training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
