Job summary

Ohio State University is seeking a Grants and Contracts Management Senior Analyst in the College of Pharmacy. You will oversee post-award activities, monitor budgets, support PIs, and ensure compliance with policies.

The role emphasizes forecasting, reporting, and close-out management across awards in a hybrid work setup. Responsibilities include budget monitoring, cost transfers, and preparation of progress and final sponsor reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4 years of experience with development of and/or submission of grant applications.
• Proficiency in Excel for budgeting and financial tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and monitoring the fiscal status of awards from setup to close-out.
• Communicate personnel appointment changes for COP grants and related staff.
• Prepare quarterly grant meetings with PI and Finance Director.
• Collaborate on cost-transfers and documentation preparation.
• Approve project-related transactions and resolve procurement issues.
• Assist with annual and final sponsor reports submission.
• Monitor monthly reports and ensure proper appointment accuracy.
• Support pre-award activities during peak periods as needed.
