Job summary

Ohio State University in Columbus is seeking a senior Research Administration Management Analyst 4 to lead CCPS research administration, oversee pre- and post-award activities, and ensure regulatory compliance across a diverse funding portfolio.

You will develop operating procedures, advise center leadership, manage budgets, and drive efficiency—partnering with investigators, Shared Resources, and external agencies to advance cancer prevention and population health research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, finance, healthcare administration, research administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in research administration, grants management, or related field.
• Experience managing complex sponsored project portfolios with federal funding and budgets, reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all research administration activities supporting CCPS investigators and programs.
• Develop strategic plans, procedures, and infrastructure to support center growth and research excellence.
• Provide senior guidance on grant administration, funding strategies, and sponsor requirements.
• Lead pre-award and post-award management for a diverse portfolio of funding sources and subawards.
• Ensure compliance with NIH, NCI, CDC, and other sponsor regulations; monitor financial performance and reporting.
