Four Oaks is seeking an experienced Grant Manager to lead the full grant lifecycle—from opportunity identification through award and reporting. The role requires collaborating with Finance, program leadership, and other teams to secure large-dollar grants that align with our mission.

You will supervise the Grant Writer, maintain grant calendars, and develop systems to track activity, outcomes, and compliance while staying ahead of funding trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional grant writing and grant management experience.
• Demonstrated success researching, developing, and submitting competitive grant applications.
• Experience managing multiple grants, deadlines, reporting requirements, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead research, development, submission, tracking, and management of federal, state, foundation, and other grant opportunities.
• Identify new funding opportunities that align with Four Oaks' mission and priorities.
• Write and oversee high-quality grant proposals, focusing on large-dollar and complex funding.
• Supervise and provide direction to the Grant Writer.
• Manage grant calendars, deadlines, reporting requirements, renewals, and deliverables.
