One Acre Fund is seeking a Grants Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, reporting, and compliance for a multi-million dollar grants portfolio. You will collaborate with finance and fundraising, ensure timely grant delivery, and guide program teams on financial controls.

Strong communication and data-analysis skills are essential. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in grants finance, with Salesforce and advanced Excel proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree in business/finance (MBA preferred).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance and accounting experience with grants management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for grants.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget development and ensure financial data aligns with goals.
• Provide strategic guidance to fundraising teams and review grant agreements.
• Coordinate with program staff to validate milestones and data entry.
• Oversee financial reporting and monitor program spending for compliance.
• Lead grant-specific audits with accurate records and documentation.
• Support teams with training to document expenses and optimize funds use.
• Validate Salesforce/Power BI data to reflect grant restrictions.
• Create automated reports and templates to boost efficiency.
• Refine internal systems to handle evolving funding requirements.
