NPower is seeking a Senior Grant Writer to join its growth-driven development team in Brooklyn. You will coordinate and draft LOIs, proposals, and reports for six- and seven-figure grants, partnering with program, finance, and admin staff.

In this role you will maintain grant narratives, manage timelines in the CRM, and support broader fundraising initiatives as the organization scales its impact in workforce development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in government, foundation, and/or corporate grant writing.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to describe complex concepts concisely.
• Track record securing six-figure+ grants.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of fundraising sources and research tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and submit LOIs, proposals, and reports.
• Maintain proposal and report documentation in the CRM.
• Collaborate with program, finance, and admin staff for data.
• Update grant narratives reflecting community needs and outcomes.
• Support other fundraising activities as needed.
