Job summary

Parent Child Center is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee all grant activities, including foundations, United Way, and government contracts. The role ensures funding continuity, manages annual grant plans, and coordinates research, writing, reporting, and compliance with funder requirements.

The candidate will lead a grants team, track outcomes, and report progress to leadership and funders, while maintaining a grants database and timelines to secure multi-year funding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, English or related field.
• Minimum three years’ grant writing experience with proven funding success.
• Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Adobe, and cloud-based software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grant management including planning, reporting, and compliance.
• Prepare grant proposals, renewals, and funder communications.
• Coordinate with program leaders to measure outcomes and monitor budgets.
• Lead monthly grants meetings and maintain grants database.
