Good Works Grant Writing is seeking a Grant Manager to coordinate multiple nonprofit client accounts, craft compelling grant proposals, and supervise Grants Specialists. You will help shape program design and evaluation while researching funders and preparing needs statements.

The role requires strong writing, research, and time-management skills, with a track record in nonprofit environments and experience supervising staff.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to conduct comprehensive prospect research.
  • Strong communication and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience leading teams or supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client accounts and serve as primary client liaison.
  • Develop compelling grant proposals, letters of intent, and progress reports.
  • Draft engaging copy for website content, annual reports, etc., as needed.
  • Supervise Grants Specialists and provide performance feedback.
  • Provide input on program design and evaluation methods for clients.
  • Conduct prospect research with Grant Specialists to identify funders.
  • Research peer-reviewed data to craft needs statements for programs.
  • Commit to at least 8 hours per week of client and staff meetings.
  • Attend monthly staff meetings.
